When you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, destination interests, travel dates, traveler details, budget, preferences, and any notes you submit. We use this information to respond to your request and provide travel-planning services.
Questions entered into the Cruise Concierge are transmitted through WeSellTravel.com to the AI system used to generate a response. Conversation information may be processed as needed to provide the Concierge service and maintain conversation continuity. Please do not enter payment-card numbers, passport numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information into the Concierge.
We use a limited first-party performance log to understand whether the Concierge is working well. It records events such as opening the widget, asking a question, receiving a response, errors, page path, an anonymous browser-session identifier, response time, and whether a visitor clicks a quote, email, or phone option. This custom performance log does not store the text of your chat, your name, your email address, or your phone number.
The website may use local storage or session storage in your browser to maintain a Concierge session and anonymous performance measurements. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also create standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested pages for security and operation of the website.
We use information you provide to assist with travel planning.
